The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) is MOD's expert adviser and enabler on infrastructure matters. It is tasked with equipping Defence with a significantly smaller more efficient and better-quality estate. The objective is to provide a sale facility for DIO to dispose of surplus MOD assets by way of e-auction. The aim is to deliver disposals and secure receipts from the sale of minor sites to contribute towards the reduction in the MOD estate under the "Better Defence Estates Strategy" (BDES) objectives....
