Torpoint Integrated Transport Active Network (TITAN) is the outcome of a Transport Regeneration Survey conducted by Cormac (Enclosure 1) in partnership with Cornwall Council, Antony Estate, Mount Edgcumbe Estate, Maker with Rame Parish Council and Torpoint Town Council.
