PSF4 Lot 1B- Barrow Dock Museum Roof, Heating and CCTV Design

Westmorland and Furness Council ("the Authority") working with the Dock Museum, is seeking to appoint a consultant for a two phased design commission. Phase 1 is to develop plans and drawings to a RIBA 3 stage for a funding application to update the Dock Museum's roof, heating system and CCTV. Phase 2 is subject to the successful award of funding following phase 1 and includes RIBA 4 detailed design and to act as the clients Principal Designer and NEC4 Project Manager through stages RIBA 5 & 6.
