Shared bike rental and associated micromobility schemes Framework Agreement - Solent Region

Portsmouth City Council ('the council'), on behalf of Solent Transport, is establishing a multi-supplier, multi-Lot Framework Agreement for the provision of shared bike rental schemes in the Solent Transport area.
