Provision for the Design & Print of Blackpool Council Newspaper 'Your Blackpool'

Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a company to design and print a 16 page newspaper four times a year. Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a Contractor/s who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous bid. It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1st September 2021 to 31st August 2022, with the option to extend incrementally for a period of 2 years (subject to contract review and budget availability).
