Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) is seeking to procure one (1) new replacement waste roll pack compactor for its Household Recycling Centre (HRC) in Gloucester. Roll pack units are currently installed at all GCC HRCs (5 units), one unit has recently been refurbished and GCC is seeking to replace another with a new similar unit.
