Cobalt Housing is seeking to appoint a single provider that will provide Damp Proofing and Timber Infestation Survey Services to any of Cobalt's current stock where Damp or Timber Infestation has been identified by Cobalt Officers. All properties are based in the North Liverpool areas of Fazakerley, Norris Green and Croxteth.
