BT1449 - Local business net zero support

In response to the national restrictions as a result of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Luton Council has been allocated Additional Restrictions Grant (ARG) funding by the Government to support local economies and businesses which have been adversely affected. The Pandemic has demonstrated the importance of businesses being able to adapt and be resilient.
