21074 CCC RFQ for the supply, fit and maintenance of Waterbeach & Northstowe Traffic sensor project

Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) wants to further understand vehicle flows (and also pedestrian, cycle & bus movements) on the road network surrounding Northstowe and Waterbeach New Towns.
