YPO are looking for a single Provider to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of Commissioning Services 2. The Framework will offer a route to market to allow authorities to create bespoke commissioning solutions to deliver a range of services via a Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS), Framework Agreements, and Any Qualified Provider (AQP) models.
