Wycombe District Council is looking for an information request (FOI) and complaint handling system. The purpose of the system is to log, monitor and generate reports on a range of information requests: FOI, EIR DSAR, s29/35 and also complaints, compliments and comments which we receive in a variety of ways; directly via a web form, email and post.
