RFQ - Vector Network Analyser

The National Physical Laboratory (NPL) requirement is for the procurement of a vector network analyser (VNA) for general use at the new Advanced Quantum Metrology Laboratory (AQML). The VNA will be shared across four laboratories within the AQML and so should operate up to 40 GHz to allow for greater flexibility in measurement options.
