The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in the procurement documents and detailed in the specification, including but not limited to external works to the car park and pedestrian footpaths to the Forrest Hills Event Centre. The works briefly comprise upgrades to the existing hard surfacing, soft landscaping, land drainage, gabion walls, cycle shelter and miscellaneous DDA works.
