BT143 - Governance training (neighbourhood forums)

Westminster City Council identified the need for improving governance of the forums and increasing diversity. Currently, the Forum's do not reflect the demographics of the city with a particular lack of Global Majority representation from Black, Asian, dual heritage and people of colour.
