The Technical Advisor will need to be confident in handling large, complex datasets relating to technical, contractual regimes, and should be highly proficient at data analysis and data modelling. They should have the ability to scrutinise, challenge, assure and provide advice to the Department on the suitability and accuracy of the data, including making recommendations for improvement, with the overall aim of achieving the best outcomes for passengers and the best value for money for taxpayers
