Phase 1 refurbishment works will be undertaken to the 3rd floor (area C) of Skipton House, 80 London Road, London SE1 6LH. Skipton House comprises of a six storey multi occupied office building within a busy part of the City and is directly adjacent to the Elephant and Castle (Bakerloo Line) Underground Station. All floors will remain in normal operation throughout the course of the works and require minimal disruption to other users.
