Longhurst Group Leasehold Repairs and Maintenance Contract

The Longhurst Group is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced Service Providers to provide responsive repairs, planned and cyclical servicing works to its leasehold property portfolio. Works will be delivered under a TPC 2005 (as amended) for a maximum of 10 years subject to the satisfactory performance of the appointed Service Provider.
