Prior Information Notice - 'Measuring Up?' - Monitoring and Enforcement

Since 2013, the Equality and Human Rights Commission in Scotland has run 'Measuring Up?', a programme monitoring the performance of listed authorities in response to the introduction of the Scottish specific equality duties. The Commission's draft Business Plan 2017/18 includes the last phase of this programme.
