Mechanical framework is to deliver a wide range of general mechanical service works such as repairs, maintenance, refurbishments and installations projects to the University Estate. The mechanical framework will be split into four (4) lots, each chosen to cover the varied emergency and planned works identified by UoB Campus Division and to match the type of works with experienced suppliers.
