CPQ2328-22 Wellbeing Support for Ethnically Diverse Staff

In 2020 Devon County Council (DCC) conducted a Race Equality Audit. The findings of that audit are published online. A key finding was the level of racism our staff experienced in the course of their work, whether this is from colleagues or the people they were serving. In addition, when staff raise issues, they do not always feel safe or supported.
