Somerset Council are looking to appoint a consultant to support them in preparing a Playing Pitch Strategy and Built Sports Facilities Strategy, a "Strategy", that assesses the needs and opportunities for playing pitches and built sport facilities for the whole of the Somerset Local Authority area.
