Winter Shelter

We are looking to be able to use a building for a night shelter for up to 30 residents - to be available as soon as is practicable. Rough sleeping has risen dramatically in the city since 2013, Last year the Rough Sleeper service had contact with 951 people who were street homeless. One of the most crucial steps in helping someone to find a route off the streets is to help them access a shelter.
