Domiciliary Care Framework

Ipswich and East Suffolk CCG and West Suffolk CCG are seeking to establish an approved list of domiciliary care providers to enable a more efficient means of sourcing care at home packages for Continuing Healthcare patients when ‘Support to Live at Home’ commissioned providers are unable to provide the requested package.
