Cheshire East Council is seeking a provider to deliver an Integrated Lifestyle Service, known locally as One You Cheshire East for all residents across the borough. The service provides advice, information and lifestyle programmes for residents to stop smoking, manage their weight, improve their physical activity and falls prevention support.
