Telford and Wrekin Council is seeking arrangements with a suitable contractor for the surveying of trees within the ownership of The Council with the borough boundary. The contractor shall ensure that surveyors are qualified to a minimum Level 3 in Arboriculture, LANTRA Professional Tree Inspector or equivalent.
