Contract for the Provision of Body Cameras and Radios for Lone Workers

The Council employs civil enforcement officers (CEOs) whose role is to enforce parking contraventions under the Traffic Management Act 2004. The law requires them, in most situations, to serve penalty charge notices (PCNs) by affixing them to the vehicle or handing them to the driver.
