Optivo is committed to the government target to have all homes at EPC band C or above by 2030. In 2018, Optivo has seen approximately 380 properties in East Sussex receive new heating systems, en-ergy measures and behaviour change projects through funding granted by EU streams and the Warm Homes Fund. In order to fulfil this target across the remainder of housing stock, Optivo will survey and retrofit homes by region, targeting the lowest performing homes first.
