Supply, Delivery and Operation of an Attraction in Torquay

The Authority had a Contract to supply, install and operate an Attraction on Torquay seafront next to the Pavilions. This attraction was a Big Wheel. This Contract has now come to an end and this specific site is no longer available. The Authority is re-tendering this opportunity in order to provide a new Contract for an attraction of a similar scale.
