Three year contract for maintenance of West End recreation ground and surrounding areas

West End recreation ground is a public open space, comprising football pitches, training ground and surrounding grass areas. There are also tennis courts and a skatepark, children's playground, gym equipment and pond on the site. Maintenance of those facilities is not included in this contract.
