The council requires a supplier for the provision of Cultural Humility and Safety training. It is proposed that the training should utilise the Birmingham Cultural Humility and Safety pathway to develop and provide Cultural Humility and Safety training for a cohort of Council staff as well as Train the trainer sessions to a smaller cohort to ensure sustainability of the offer.
