Roof patch repairs to tiled roof on listed building at Chichester depot

The clay tiles to the east elevation are delaminating to a number of areas, such that its complete overhaul or reroofing will be required. The extent of work can be determined following a closer inspection to determine the general condition of the tiles as the felt and breathable membrane prevented a diagnoses being made as to the condition of the tile nibs that may be defective when considering the condition of the tiles.
