NHS North Lincolnshire CCG Primary Care Medical Support into Intermediate Care

Sir John Mason House is a purpose built intermediate care unit, provided by North Lincolnshire Council which is CQC registered, offering a period of intensive, therapy led rehabilitation for up to 30 patients either following illness or to prevent further deterioration which may require hospitalisation. Patients receiving care within Sir John Mason House are entitled to Primary Care support throughout their stay.
