Coaching Services - AWARD

In 2018 the Council set out its ambition to adopt a coaching culture as a way of increasing individual and organisational performance and increasing personal awareness. Building on the success of offering coaching to defined cohorts over the past 3 years, the Council now wishes to extend coaching provision to other cohorts and is looking to source a credible supplier to commission accredited and suitably skilled coaches who are experienced at working with Local Authority senior leaders/teams.
