Managed coaching/mentoring programme for SW Midwifery and Obstetrics services

The programme will offer a bespoke coaching and mentoring offer to up to 120 South West Midwifery staff and 20 newly appointed Obstetric Registrars and Consultants. Each participant of the course will have up to 7 hours of coaching and mentoring time which will be provided over the course of the programme and tailored to the needs of that individual.
