This service is for the provision of an independent advocacy service for Buckinghamshire that meets the statutory requirements placed on local authorities under the following legislation: • Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) under Mental Capacity Act 2005 • Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) under Mental Health Act 2007 • Care Act Advocacy under Care Act 2014.
