Contract for Water Hygiene (Legionella Control) Services
The purpose of the contract is to provide the following service for Halton Borough Councll: To undertake Legionella risk assessments and monitoring and testing in accordance with the Health and Safety Executiveâs approved Code of Practice L8 (rev) âThe Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systemsâ and HSG 274 and carry out remedial works as and when ordered. Please note that suppliers/contractors bidding must ensure they are a registered member of the Legionella Control Authority.
