Area 13 Term Service contract for Pavement Surveying, Investigation & Testing

Highways England is seeking a supplier to undertake pavement surveying, investigation & testing services, in accordance with Part 2 HD 29/08 of Section 3 of Volume 7 of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges in Area 13 of the Highways England network.
