Developing Prior Attainment Reports

The purpose of this exercise is to allow direct comparison of the outputs of training programmes after adjusting for the attainment of the trainees entering the programme. We wish to establish which schools are attaining outcomes that are better or worse than those expected on the basis of the prior attainment measures.
