Institute of Ophthalmology replacement Chiller

The roof mounted chiller at the Institute of Ophthalmology (Building 6B) is not functioning and is beyond economic repair and the University is to replace this at the first opportunity. The chiller generally supports the building with comfort conditioning but there are areas that are critical and these are currently being supported by another chiller via a plate heat exchanger.
