GB-Bath: High Resolution Carbon & Sputter Coaters

The Materials and Chemical Characterisation Facility (MC²) at the University of Bath requires a high-resolution carbon coater and a high-resolution sputter coater suitable for imaging samples in a high-resolution FE-SEM.
