The Horniman Public Museum and Public Park Trust (“the Horniman”) was incorporated on 29 December 1989 as a company limited by guarantee. It is also a registered charity and non-departmental public body. The operations of the Horniman are funded predominantly by a grant from the Department for Culture, Media and Sport under the terms of a Funding Agreement.
