Wyvern House College, OHCAT, Reconfiguration Project

OHCAT wishes to engage a contractor to undertake an internal reconfiguration project at Wyvern House. The works encompass remodelling the first floor to create two new classrooms, two new offices, a therapy room, therapy store and COSHH cupboard. It also includes the installation of new partitions and double doors to segregate the areas. On the ground floor the current toilet located in between the existing wet rooms will be turned into a wet room to create 4 wet rooms in a row.
