PSF4 Lot 1B - Complex Needs Residential Children's Home - Westwood, Carlisle (RIBA Stages 3-7)

Operating under an NEC4 Professional Services call-off contract, the Consultant will deliver the following services:- RIBA Stages 3-7, progressing the detailed design and delivery of the new Complex Needs Care Home on an existing Council site at Westwood, Morton area of Carlisle.
