National Highways (the Client) is looking to set up a contract to develop a short-list of the most compelling renewable power generation technologies to deploy on or near their estate to meet a 'Net Zero Highways Plan' aim. The objective is to generate 10% of their corporate electricity from renewable sources on, or near to, their own sites by 2030.
