GB-London: User Research Programme

This Contract covers the setting up of a framework agreement to undertake on-going research projects on the use of the IWM website. It is IWM's intention to appoint one research partner onto the framework which will consist of a series of 3 user research activities to be undertaken by 30 November 2018, and to undertake further series of research projects over the duration of the Contract.
