HH invited tenders in respect of Cyclical Inspection, Servicing and Associated Repair Works Halton Housing Lift Installations. Works have been programmed to commence 01/04/22 to be completed by 31/3/23 initially with 3 annual options to extend by a further 12 months on each occasion, up to a maximum 4 years total contract term, subject to HH requirements and the performance of the successful tenderer.
