Solihull Community Housing (SCH) is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) that was established in April 2004 to takeover the management of housing services on behalf of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC). SCH's responsibilities include the management and maintenance of the Councils' housing stock of approximately 10,500 tenanted homes and 1,150 leasehold properties.
