CWC21031 Home Library Service

The Home Library Service delivers a range of materials directly to residents of any age who, because of illness, disability or frailty, are unable to visit their local library. The service is also available to carers who have difficulty accessing the library service due to their caring responsibilities. The contract is for a potential 4 year period, with an initial arrangement of 2 years then two potential extensions of 12 months each.
