Holding and Repair Works at North Lodge, Alexandra Park, Queens Road Oldham.

The work comprises holding repairs and measures to prevent further deterioration of the building including stripping out all interior fixtures and fittings, removal of wall and ceiling plaster, removal of internal joinery features, doors and frames, stripping out of plumbing, heating and electrical systems, temporary or patch repair of roof coverings, dealing with all rot affected timbers and addressing the dry rot outbreak and provision of measures to introduce permanent ventilation to the interior.
