Cumbria County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Framework Partner to work with the Council and progress RIBA stages 0-7. The objective being to develop external covered/sheltered and well-ventilated, additional capacity/teaching spaces at 4 no. key Children's Centres in the Carlisle, Copeland, Eden, and South Lakeland districts.
